Analysis Networking

About Analysis Networking

Our founder, Bob Melgers, worked as an IT specialist at a secondary school. There, he was confronted with the reality of limited time and large, complex problems. At one point, he was quite literally searching for a needle in a haystack—only in this case, the haystack was a cable. A student had attempted to sabotage the exams by inserting a needle into the wiring. After a long search for the root of the issue, he thought to himself: surely, there must be a way to measure and proactively monitor this kind of thing? And that moment planted the seed for Analysis Networking.

At Analysis Networking, we’ve been using proven, high-quality measurement tools and solutions for over 25 years to identify the root causes of slow applications and network issues.
We visualize and assess the technical chains involved, and guide our clients through the improvement process. During this phase, we serve as a sounding board and use our measurement tools to verify each step that’s been taken—so we can be certain the problem has truly been solved.

We search for that needle in the haystack—so you don’t have to.
As an independent party, we thoroughly measure your network, dive into your processes, and identify the root of the issue.
Then, we provide expert advice with clear recommendations on how to resolve it effectively.

Who we are:

  • We keep going until we’ve uncovered the true cause of your network issues.
To do this, we peel back the layers of your network—one by one.
  • Standards and protocols hold no secrets for us.
That’s why we can quickly interpret the results from our measurement tools.
  • Measuring is essential—but just as important is our knowledge of processes and technologies.
These too are key parts of the solution.
We are able to bridge the gap between operational management and strategic decision-making.

Analysis Networking: our vision

Our vision is rooted in the following core values:

  1. Collaboration. We believe in an engaged partnership built on open communication, mutual respect, and active participation.
  2. Analysis. We take the time to thoroughly understand your operational business processes, so we can place them at the heart of our approach.
  3. Objectivity. We examine the performance of your technical chains with a clear, unbiased perspective to truly understand how they function.
  4. Flexibility. We own high-quality measurement tools, giving us full control—and the flexibility to respond quickly to your needs.
  5. Knowledge sharing. We believe in craftsmanship and in sharing our expertise.
360 gdegrees method

Our mission is to objectively assess your business processes and the complex technical chains interwoven with them.
Our findings—and the supporting facts—are based on up-to-date standards and protocols.

But our findings aren’t just dry facts at the level of bits and bytes.
We provide you with a clear visual representation of the technical chains and how they relate to one another. This makes our measurements easy to understand and insightful.

In this way, we make complex processes understandable for everyone and empower stakeholders to take informed and effective action.
That’s where our true strength lies.

We have an inside understanding of applicable standards and protocols.
In the Netherlands, the NEN Institute is the primary authority for national standards.
Beyond that, standards often have European (EN) or international (ISO) scope and legal validity.

You can find more information about standards and protocols below:
