This course focuses on the technological aspects of ICT networks. You will learn about networks, associated specifications and standards, and from ITIL approaches. Troubleshooting and associated skills focus on identifying anomalies, technical parameters and basic root cause methodologies within your IT environment.
3. Physical Infrastructure:

5. Methodologies for troubleshooting network:
In this training, you will learn about the various methodologies and techniques for effectively detecting and troubleshooting network problems with a protocol analyzer such as Wireshark or Observer.
6. Networking Protocols for Ethernet TCP/IP Stacks:
You will dive into the technical details of network protocols in conjunction with the OSI model . You will also learn about the underlying structures and mechanisms of the Ethernet and TCP-IP stacks.
