Getting your network measured
Our Network Performance Health Check offers you in-depth insight into the performance of your ICT network. We not only identify potential bottlenecks, but also highlight where you can make improvements. Our approach is comprehensive: we examine all components of your system, from cabling to user experience.

Network Performance Health Check: our approach
To get to those causes, we take a structured approach. In six different phases, we evaluate the performance of your network:
1. Intake
We begin with an intake meeting. We go over the high-level design, which people and outsourcing partners to involve, we zoom in on parts of the HEAT check, study the low-level design and documentation, and identify focus areas for any bottlenecks. We also define what is within the scope and what is outside.
2. Basic network infrastructure inspection
We then perform a basic physical inspection of your infrastructure in accordance with installation guidelines.
3. Samples network infrastructure
We take samples and perform measurements on your physical infrastructure with a certified measurement instrument. We also perform Connector Image analysis for fiber optic connectors.
4. Qualitative network measurements.
We make measurements in the data network using a qualitative network data analyzer.
5. Qualitative network measurements
We also perform measurements at the user level through delay measurements with in-depth analysis.
6. Discuss measurement results.
All measurement results are delivered digitally in an improvement plan and management summary. The results and recommendations are explained in a personal interview.
